Fitwise downloads to keep me on track…

fitwiseI have a great workout routine for vacation.  I knew if I came without a plan it would mean trouble on the scale, but with my downloads from Fitwise Training http://fitwisetraining.com I can carry on.  Fitwise has tons of great downloads available for iPods, Smartphones, and laptops.  Today, I’m using the Travelwise video.  Jen Lesea-Ames, the founder of Fitwise, was kind enough to give all my friends a special coupon code to save 15% off of their entire order (the code is: sara100)!
