I have a great workout routine for vacation. I knew if I came without a plan it would mean trouble on the scale, but with my downloads from Fitwise Training http://fitwisetraining.com I can carry on. Fitwise has tons of great downloads available for iPods, Smartphones, and laptops. Today, I’m using the Travelwise video.
